JomeInvoice alternative for LHDN e-Invoicing

A JomeInvoice alternative without the annual commitment

JomeInvoice Starter is RM30/month and we are RM49 — they are cheaper, and both give you 100 e-invoices a month. The difference is the commitment: every published JomeInvoice rate is billed yearly, ours is month-to-month. That is the trade, and the rest of this page is about whether it is worth RM19 to you.

  • 14-day free trial · no credit card
  • Published price, published document limits

Both do LHDN e-Invoicing. The difference is how you buy.

Neither product keeps your books. Both sit beside your accounting system. So this is not a scope comparison — it is a question of whether you want a price you can read today or a quote fitted to your volume.

JomeInvoice may quote you less than we charge. We cannot know, and we are not going to imply otherwise.

The short answer

On the published numbers, JomeInvoice wins most of this

They are cheaper at entry (RM30 against our RM49, same 100 e-invoices a month). They allow more volume at every tier above that. They include self-billed and consolidated invoices from their Starter plan, where we gate self-billed to Pro and have not shipped consolidated at all. And they publish POS and ERP connectors — Loyverse, SalesPlay, Shopify, WooCommerce, SAP, NetSuite — while we publish none.

Our case is narrow and specific: you can pay us monthly and leave whenever you like, and our API terms are on the page. Every published JomeInvoice price is billed yearly, and their API sits behind a contact-sales Enterprise tier. If neither of those matters to you, they are the better buy and we would rather say so.

Choose JomeInvoice when

  • Price: JomeInvoice Starter is RM30/month billed yearly against our RM49/month, and their Basic at RM50/month billed yearly allows 1,000 e-invoices where our RM99 Business allows 500.
  • You sell through Loyverse, SalesPlay, Smart Cashier, Shopify or WooCommerce and want e-Invoicing wired into the POS or storefront rather than driven from a separate app — JomeInvoice publishes those integrations by name and we publish none.
  • You run SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite or Odoo — all named on their features page.
  • You need consolidated invoices, which JomeInvoice includes from Starter and we have not shipped.
  • You need self-billed documents on an entry plan — JomeInvoice lists them on Starter at RM30, where we gate them to Pro at RM199.
  • You want high volume cheaply: Pro at RM150/month billed yearly allows 5,000 e-invoices, well above our Pro plan's 2,000 at RM199.
  • You want QR-code B2C invoicing, AP automation, multi-currency or supplier master-data onboarding — all published by them, none offered by us.
  • You want a hands-off start and would rather pay their RM1,000 expert guided setup than configure anything yourself.

Choose MyInvoisBridge when

  • You do not want an annual commitment. Every JomeInvoice price we can find is billed yearly; our RM49 Starter is month-to-month, and you can leave whenever you like.
  • You want to try before you pay anything at all: our 14-day trial needs no credit card, where their published trial is RM2 for 90 days and limited to new accounts under their campaign terms.
  • You want published API terms up front — ours is RM199/month on Pro with OAuth client credentials and webhooks, documented publicly, where JomeInvoice's API sits in a contact-sales Enterprise tier.
  • You want webhooks specifically, which we publish on Pro and JomeInvoice does not confirm on its published plans.
  • Your systems are not on their integration list, and you would rather build against a documented REST API than buy an integration count.
JomeInvoice pricing

They are cheaper. Here is the whole picture

JomeInvoice publishes three plans, each billed yearly: Starter RM30/month (RM360/year), Basic RM50/month (RM600/year) and Pro RM150/month (RM1,800/year). Ours are RM49, RM99 and RM199 a month, billed monthly. At entry level theirs is lower and we are not going to talk you out of that.

The comparison that matters is like-for-like on volume, and there it is close at the bottom and not close higher up. JomeInvoice Starter gives you 100 e-invoices a month for RM30. Our Starter gives you 100 e-invoices a month for RM49. Same volume, RM19 apart. Above that they pull ahead: their Basic at RM50 allows 1,000 a month where our Business at RM99 allows 500, and their Pro at RM150 allows 5,000 where our Pro at RM199 allows 2,000.

The one thing to check before you take the RM30: it is an annual rate. Their page reads “RM30 /mo · RM360 billed yearly”, and we could not find a month-to-month JomeInvoice price on any of their pages. So the real comparison is RM360 committed up front against RM49 a month you can stop paying at any time. If you are certain about the next twelve months, theirs is the better deal. If you are not, that is what the RM19 buys.

They also publish an optional expert guided setup at RM1,000 one-time, for businesses that would rather not configure anything themselves. We do not sell a setup service at all.

A sourcing note, because it affects how much weight to put on these figures: the rates above appear on JomeInvoice’s Funding Societies campaign page, not on their general /pricing/page, which describes pricing as “tailored to your business size and e-Invoice volume” without listing rates. Their page also states “T&C apply. Pricing subject to change based on requirements.” Confirm your own rate with them.

Promotion currently running: MyInvoisBridge is offering 30% off as a limited-time launch offer, which reduces the Starter plan below the RM49 list price shown above for as long as the offer lasts. Last verified: 17 July 2026 against JomeInvoice — published plans and pricing (Funding Societies campaign page) and JomeInvoice — pricing and JomeInvoice — features and JomeInvoice — FAQ.

RM30/month is JomeInvoice's published Starter rate, billed annually at RM360/year — lower than MyInvoisBridge Starter at RM49/month. Note the commitment differs: theirs is published only as an annual plan, ours is month-to-month. Their page states “* T&C apply. Pricing subject to change based on requirements.” These figures appear on JomeInvoice's Funding Societies campaign page; their general /pricing/ page states pricing is “tailored to your business size and e-Invoice volume” without listing figures, so confirm your own rate with them directly.

Every JomeInvoice price we can find is an annually-billed rate: Starter “RM30 /mo · RM360 billed yearly”, Basic “RM50 /mo · RM600 billed yearly”, Pro “RM150 /mo · RM1,800 billed yearly”. No month-to-month rate is published on any official page, so the per-month figures represent an annual commitment rather than a flexible monthly plan. Our RM49 Starter carries no commitment; our own annual option is RM490/year (10 months charged, 2 free).

Published plans are Starter RM30/mo (RM360/year), Basic RM50/mo (RM600/year) and Pro RM150/mo (RM1,800/year), each billed yearly. An Enterprise tier with API/SFTP access is contact-sales. JomeInvoice also offers an “expert guided setup service at RM1,000” as a one-time option. Their general pricing page adds that basic integrations “are included in your plan. For custom integrations requiring additional development, a separate quotation will be provided.”

Prices and plan features may change. Verify the latest information directly with each provider before purchasing.

Product scope

Two tools with the same shape

Most comparisons on this site are about scope: an accounting suite keeps your books and we do not, so the choice turns on whether you need bookkeeping. This one is different. Neither JomeInvoice nor MyInvoisBridge is accounting software. Neither holds your general ledger. Neither asks you to migrate anything. Both sit beside whatever you already use and handle the LHDN half.

That makes this the closest thing to a like-for-like comparison in the cluster — and it means we cannot fall back on “we are the focused one”, because so are they. What is left is a genuine set of trade-offs.

On raw e-Invoicing capability, JomeInvoice publishes more than we do. QR-code invoicing for B2C counter sales, AP automation and reconciliation, multi-currency invoices, customer and supplier master-data onboarding, industry-specific data mapping: all published by them, none offered by us. Add self-billed and consolidated invoices from their entry plan, and pre-built POS connectors we do not have at all. If you want a feature-count winner, it is not us.

Both of us publish fixed prices, per-plan document allowances and API documentation, so “we are the transparent one” is not an argument we can honestly make here either. What is actually left is narrow: we bill monthly where every published JomeInvoice rate is annual, and our API is on a plan you can buy off the page where theirs sits behind a contact-sales Enterprise tier. Two differences. That is the whole case, and if neither applies to you, buy theirs.

LHDN e-Invoice workflow

The loop both products run

JomeInvoice describes the same pipeline: detect the invoice, convert it to the LHDN format, submit it, track validation. The mechanics are not the differentiator here.

01

Create the document

Raise an invoice, credit note, debit note or refund note in the app, or push it in over the REST API on Pro.

02

Validate before sending

We check the fields LHDN requires up front, so a rejection is caught at your desk rather than after submission.

03

Submit to MyInvois

The document is mapped to UBL 2.1 and submitted to LHDN over an authenticated connection — sandbox first, production when you are ready.

04

Track what happened

Poll status through to Valid or Invalid, with a full event timeline per document, so you can see exactly what LHDN accepted, rejected, or is still processing.

That loop is the entire product. JomeInvoice runs the same loop. The difference is not what happens to the document — it is what you had to agree to before you could send it.

Trial and onboarding

90 days for RM2, or 14 days for nothing

Ours: sign up, get 14 days, no credit card, and guided onboarding into the LHDN pre-production sandbox. You submit a test document to LHDN’s own system and watch it come back Valid before you have paid anything or spoken to anyone.

JomeInvoice publishes a Funding Societies campaign offering 90 days for RM2 total — they show it as “Original price RM90 · 3 × RM30/month · Your price RM2” — after which Starter continues at RM30/month billed yearly. Six times longer than our trial, for the price of a teh tarik. If you qualify, it is a better way to evaluate them than anything we offer.

Two caveats, both from their own page rather than from us. It is marked “New accounts only” under “T&C apply”, and it is a named campaign rather than a standing offer — so we are not going to describe it as JomeInvoice’s universal standard trial, because their general pricing flow does not confirm that it is. And it is RM2 rather than free, which matters only if you want to evaluate without a payment method at all.

Our sandbox guide explains what testing against LHDN pre-production actually involves, if you want to see the path before signing up.

Plan limits

What you get for RM49, in numbers

Starter allows 100 documents a month and 2 users. Business allows 500 and 5. Pro allows 2,000 and 15, and adds the API. Held against JomeInvoice’s published caps — 100, 1,000 and 5,000 — we match them at the entry tier and fall behind above it. If your volume is growing, weigh their Basic at RM50 against our Business at RM99 carefully.

When JomeInvoice is the better choice

Price, volume, connectors, and document types

Choose JomeInvoice if the annual commitment does not bother you. RM360 up front for Starter is less than RM588 a year at our RM49/month, for the same 100 e-invoices a month. If you know you need e-Invoicing for the next year — and if LHDN applies to you, you probably do — that is real money and a reasonable thing to optimise for.

Choose JomeInvoice if your volume is above 100 a month. Their Basic at RM50 allows 1,000 where our Business at RM99 allows 500; their Pro at RM150 allows 5,000 where our Pro at RM199 allows 2,000. That gap is not close, and it widens as you grow.

Choose JomeInvoice if you need self-billed or consolidated invoices at an entry price. Both are listed on their RM30 Starter plan. Our self-billed documents are live but only on Pro at RM199, and our consolidated invoices are coming soon — not shipped. If you need either today at the bottom of the ladder, they have it and we do not.

Choose JomeInvoice if your invoices originate in a system they already connect to. Loyverse, SalesPlay, Smart Cashier, Shopify, WooCommerce, plus SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, NetSuite and Odoo — they publish integrations with all of them, metered at 1 on Starter, 2 on Basic and 4 on Pro. Getting the same result with us means your developer writing an integration against our API. That is real work and real money, and for many businesses it settles the question. Their optional RM1,000 guided setup exists for exactly the businesses that would rather not think about any of this.

When MyInvoisBridge is the better fit

When you will not sign up for a year

This is the honest core of our case, and it is narrower than we would like. Every JomeInvoice rate we can find is billed yearly — RM360, RM600 or RM1,800 committed up front. Ours is RM49 a month, cancel whenever. If you are new to LHDN e-Invoicing, unsure how your volume will settle, or simply unwilling to prepay a vendor you have not used, that difference is worth more than RM19 a month.

It also fits when you want to try before paying anything at all. Our trial is 14 days, free, no credit card, with guided sandbox onboarding. JomeInvoice’s published trial is RM2 for 90 days — cheap and generous, but it is a Funding Societies campaign restricted to new accounts under their terms, not a standing offer we can promise you will get.

And it fits when you need the API on a plan you can actually buy today. Our REST API with OAuth client credentials and webhooks is on Pro at RM199/month, documented publicly, priced publicly. JomeInvoice lists API and SFTP access under a contact-sales Enterprise tier — so it is not part of the RM30, RM50 or RM150 plans, and you cannot budget for it from their site. We could not confirm webhooks on any published JomeInvoice plan; ask them rather than assuming either way.

Businesses in professional services and retail often land here: modest volume, no ERP, and a strong preference for not scheduling anything.

Integration and migration

Nothing to migrate, either way

Switching between two e-Invoicing tools is not a migration in the way switching accounting systems is. There is no chart of accounts to move and no opening balances to reconcile, because neither product holds them. Your books stay exactly where they are in both cases.

What actually moves, if you come to us:

  • Your LHDN credentials — re-issued to us from the MyInvois portal. Sandbox first, then production.
  • Your customer and product records — re-entered, or pushed in over the API on Pro. CSV import is coming soon and not shipped, so do not plan around it.
  • Any integration you had with JomeInvoice — rebuilt against our API on Pro. If you were using one of their pre-built POS connectors, this is the real cost of switching and it will almost certainly dwarf the RM19/month difference. Think carefully before moving for the billing terms alone.

Historical documents already submitted to LHDN stay with LHDN. Neither vendor holds your compliance record — MyInvois does.

FAQ

JomeInvoice and MyInvoisBridge, answered

How much does JomeInvoice cost?

JomeInvoice publishes three plans, each billed yearly: Starter at RM30/month (RM360/year) with 100 e-invoices a month and 1 system integration; Basic at RM50/month (RM600/year) with 1,000 e-invoices and 2 integrations; and Pro at RM150/month (RM1,800/year) with 5,000 e-invoices and 4 integrations. An Enterprise tier with API and SFTP access is contact-sales, and an optional expert guided setup is RM1,000 one-time. Their page notes “T&C apply. Pricing subject to change based on requirements.” Verified 17 July 2026 — but note these figures appear on their Funding Societies campaign page; their general pricing page describes pricing as “tailored to your business size and e-Invoice volume” without listing rates, so confirm your own quote with them.

Is JomeInvoice cheaper than MyInvoisBridge?

At entry level, yes. JomeInvoice Starter is RM30/month against our RM49/month Starter, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Two things are worth knowing before you treat that as settled. First, their RM30 is published only as an annually-billed rate — RM360/year up front — while our RM49 is month-to-month with no commitment; we could not find a JomeInvoice month-to-month price anywhere. Second, at RM30 they include 100 e-invoices a month, which is exactly what our Starter includes. So on price alone, at matching volume, they win and the honest answer is that you should weigh the commitment rather than the headline.

Why would I pay RM49 when JomeInvoice charges RM30?

Three honest reasons, and none of them is price. You want to pay monthly rather than commit to a year — every published JomeInvoice rate is billed yearly. You want a documented REST API with OAuth client credentials and webhooks, which we publish on Pro at RM199/month while JomeInvoice puts API and SFTP behind a contact-sales Enterprise tier. Or you want to evaluate for free first — our 14-day trial takes no credit card, where their published trial is a RM2, 90-day campaign offer limited to new accounts. If none of those matter to you, RM30 for the same 100 e-invoices a month is a better deal than ours and you should take it.

How do the plan limits compare?

At the entry tier they are identical: JomeInvoice Starter and our Starter both allow 100 e-invoices a month, at RM30 (billed yearly) and RM49 (monthly) respectively. Above that JomeInvoice is substantially more generous. Their Basic at RM50/month allows 1,000 a month where our Business at RM99 allows 500; their Pro at RM150 allows 5,000 where our Pro at RM199 allows 2,000. If your volume is climbing, that gap widens in their favour, and we would rather tell you now than let you discover it at renewal.

Which one has better integrations?

JomeInvoice, if your systems are on their list. They publish named integrations with Loyverse, SalesPlay, Smart Cashier, Shopify and WooCommerce, plus SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite and Odoo on their features page — and they meter them, with 1 integration on Starter, 2 on Basic and 4 on Pro. We publish no pre-built connectors at all; our integration path is the REST API on Pro, which your developer builds against. If you are on Loyverse and want e-Invoicing wired in without writing code, that is a straightforward point to them.

Does JomeInvoice include self-billed and consolidated invoices?

Yes, and this is a row we lose clearly. Their Starter plan at RM30 lists sales and self-billed invoices and consolidated invoices. On our side, self-billed documents are live but only on Pro at RM199/month, and consolidated invoices are coming soon — not shipped, so do not buy on the strength of them. If you need either capability at an entry price, JomeInvoice offers it today and we do not.

What is the RM2 90-day trial?

JomeInvoice publishes a Funding Societies campaign offering a 90-day trial for RM2 total — they describe it as “Original price RM90 · 3 × RM30/month · Your price RM2” — after which the Starter plan continues at RM30/month billed yearly. Their page states “New accounts only” and “T&C apply”, so it is a targeted campaign rather than a standing universal offer, and we are not going to describe it as their standard trial. If you are eligible it is an excellent way to evaluate them cheaply. Ours is 14 days, free, no credit card, with guided LHDN sandbox onboarding.

Does JomeInvoice have an API and webhooks?

JomeInvoice publishes API documentation and lists API and SFTP access under an Enterprise tier that is contact-sales, so the API exists but its price is not published and it is not part of the RM30, RM50 or RM150 plans. We could not find webhooks confirmed on any published JomeInvoice plan, so we record that as not publicly confirmed rather than a no — ask them. Ours is on Pro at RM199/month: REST API, OAuth client credentials and webhooks, with public documentation you can read before buying.

Need e-Invoicing, not another accounting migration?

Keep the books where they are. Start submitting to LHDN in the sandbox today, and go live when you are ready.
