A focused QNE alternative when you do not need another accounting migration
QNE’s N3 AI Accounting is a full accounting platform with an AI assistant built in, and e-Invoice included in every plan. MyInvoisBridge is deliberately much smaller: no AI, no ledger, no stock. Just LHDN e-Invoicing from RM49/month, alongside whatever you already use for your books.

Different jobs, different prices. QNE / N3 AI Accounting costs more because it does more. We cost less because we solve one problem: getting e-Invoices accepted by LHDN.
This is not a like-for-like saving — if you need the accounting, the higher price is buying you something real.
If you want AI bookkeeping, stop reading and buy QNE
QNE bundles Quinny AI credits into every N3 tier. We have nothing like it and are not building it. Pick the line that sounds like your business — two of these four point at QNE.
MyInvoisBridge fits
Your books are not the problem — LHDN is. Keep what you have and add e-Invoicing beside it, from RM49/month, with no migration.

QNE is betting on AI-assisted accounting. That is a genuinely different proposition, and we have nothing like it. If it appeals, this comparison is over and QNE wins it. Read on only if what you actually need is LHDN submission, without an accounting system attached.
Choose QNE / N3 AI Accounting when
- You want AI-assisted bookkeeping: QNE bundles Quinny AI credits into every N3 tier, which is a genuinely different proposition from anything we offer.
- You need full accounting plus inventory and multi-currency, available on their higher tiers.
- You want your accountant to have a dedicated seat — Prime includes an extra login reserved for a QNE Certified Accountant Partner.
- You want generous storage bundled in (100GB on Prime) and room to grow into project and SST modules.
- You are ready to run your books in the system rather than beside it.
Choose MyInvoisBridge when
- You do not need AI bookkeeping or a full accounting platform — you need documents accepted by LHDN.
- You want a lower entry price with no annual commitment to reach it: RM49/month against QNE's RM80/month on monthly billing.
- You want to keep your current accounting workflow exactly as it is.
- You want a straightforward create → validate → submit → track loop and nothing more.
Current pricing, compared honestly
Both are monthly-billing rates, so the commitment level matches. QNE’s annual option and its SST treatment both change the picture, and both are spelled out below rather than buried.

Promotion currently running: MyInvoisBridge is offering 30% off as a limited-time launch offer, which reduces the Starter plan below the RM49 list price shown above for as long as the offer lasts. The comparison on this page deliberately uses our list price, not the promotional price, so that it stays a like-for-like comparison against the competitor’s regular published rate. See current pricing for today’s rate.
Last verified: 15 July 2026 against N3 AI Accounting — official pricing plan comparison.
RM80/month is the published monthly-billing rate for N3 Prime.
QNE publishes “Save as much as 20% if you subscribe per annum”, bringing Prime to RM62/month on annual billing against RM80 on monthly. We compare monthly-to-monthly by default because that is the matching commitment level; if you are happy to commit for a year, RM62 is the number to weigh.
Both monthly and annual billing are published. The RM62 figure requires a yearly commitment.
Prices and plan features may change. Verify the latest information directly with each provider before purchasing.
Two adjustments matter here, and they push in opposite directions. First, QNE Prime drops to roughly RM62/month if you commit annually — so the honest monthly-to-monthly gap of RM31 narrows to about RM13 once you take a yearly term. We compare at monthly billing by default because that is the like-for-like commitment, but if you are happy to pay yearly, RM62 is the number you should be weighing.
Second, QNE states plainly that its listed prices exclude SST and are subject to 8% SST. We are not going to restate their price with tax added on their behalf — check your own quote. But when you compare, make sure you are comparing tax-inclusive to tax-inclusive on both sides rather than one of each.
Prime also includes 2 users plus a seat reserved for a QNE Certified Accountant Partner, and 100GB of storage. The extra accountant seat is a thoughtful piece of design for businesses that work closely with an external accountant, and we do not have an equivalent to it.
Feature comparison
One row this table cannot show fairly: QNE’s Quinny AI has no counterpart on our side at all, so there is nothing to compare it against. Treat it as a QNE capability we simply do not offer.

REST API, OAuth client credentials and webhooks are available on the MyInvoisBridge Pro plan (RM199/month) and are not included in Starter or Business. “Not publicly confirmed” means the vendor does not state it plainly on their official pages — it is not a “no”, and you should ask them.
Four steps, no AI, no ledger
N3 wraps its LHDN submission inside an AI-assisted accounting platform. Ours is the bare loop — which is the point, if the loop is all you needed.
Create the document
Raise an invoice, credit note, debit note or refund note in the app, or push it in over the REST API on Pro.
Validate before sending
We check the fields LHDN requires up front, so a rejection is caught at your desk rather than after submission.
Submit to MyInvois
The document is mapped to UBL 2.1 and submitted to LHDN over an authenticated connection — sandbox first, production when you are ready.
Track what happened
Poll status through to Valid or Invalid, with a full event timeline per document, so you can see exactly what LHDN accepted, rejected, or is still processing.
That loop is the entire product. QNE runs its own e-Invoice submission inside a much larger accounting system — if you are already working in it, that path is likely the one to use.
Which MyInvoisBridge plan the QNE comparison uses
RM49 vs RM80 is Starter against N3 Prime on monthly billing — matching commitment levels. QNE’s RM62 annual rate and its 8% SST are both set out in the pricing detail above rather than left out to widen the gap.

A narrower tool, priced for a narrower job
QNE gives you a broader accounting system. MyInvoisBridge costs less at entry because it solves a narrower problem: LHDN e-Invoicing. You keep your existing books and use MyInvoisBridge for validation, submission and tracking.
With QNE specifically, the scope gap is wider than with a conventional accounting package, because you are also not buying an AI assistant, 100GB of storage, project tracking or multi-currency. RM49 against RM80 looks like a RM31 saving right up until you wanted any one of those things — at which point it is not a saving at all, it is just a smaller product.
Pay for LHDN e-Invoicing rather than migrating your entire accounting workflow — but only if the accounting workflow you have today is actually working for you. If it is not, N3 is solving a problem we are not even attempting.
QNE is building something we are not
Choose QNE if you want AI-assisted bookkeeping. Quinny AI credits scale up through the tiers — 800 on Essential, 1,600 on Growth, 20,000 on Enterprise — and if AI-assisted data entry and categorisation genuinely saves your team hours each month, that is worth considerably more than the price difference between us.
Choose QNE too if you need full bookkeeping, a general ledger, inventory, purchasing, bank reconciliation and financial statements, or if you are heading toward multi-currency and project accounting as you grow — their Professional and Growth tiers are built for that path. The reserved Certified Accountant Partner seat on every plan is a real advantage if your accountant needs regular access.
And choose QNE if you want an all-in-one accounting migration with e-Invoice already inside it. There is no sense paying us in front of a system that already submits to LHDN.
When you want less software, not more
Some businesses do not want an AI assistant or a platform to grow into. They want one screen that says which invoices LHDN accepted and which it rejected, and why. If your books are already handled — by an accountant, in Excel, or in a system you have run for years — then most of what N3 offers is capability you would be paying for and not using.
MyInvoisBridge fits when you only need LHDN e-Invoice creation and submission, you do not want an accounting migration, and you want a simple UI with sandbox-first guided onboarding so you can prove it works before going live. Businesses in F&B and manufacturing often land here — the accounting is settled, the compliance is not.
If you need your own system to drive submissions, our REST API with OAuth client credentials and webhooks is available on the Pro plan.
Keep your existing accounting system
Adopting N3 means moving your books into it — chart of accounts, balances, history, and your team’s habits. Adopting MyInvoisBridge means none of that, because we never hold your books in the first place. It sits beside your workflow rather than replacing it.
How documents get in today:
- Manual invoice creation — available now.
- REST API integration — available now on the Pro plan, with OAuth client credentials and webhooks.
- Custom adapters — your developer can build one against our API.
- CSV import — coming soon. It is not shipped, so do not buy on the strength of it.
There is no native QNE or N3 connector, and no third-party connectors of any kind today. Anything automated between QNE and MyInvoisBridge is an integration your developer builds on our API.
QNE and MyInvoisBridge, answered
Is MyInvoisBridge cheaper than QNE?
On monthly billing, yes: MyInvoisBridge Starter is RM49/month against RM80/month for N3 Prime, verified on 15 July 2026. On annual billing QNE Prime drops to about RM62/month, which narrows the gap considerably. QNE also states its listed prices exclude 8% SST. And QNE is a full AI-assisted accounting platform while we are not — the comparison is about scope, not just the number.
Does the annual price change the comparison?
It narrows it. QNE Prime is roughly RM62/month billed annually against our RM49/month list price, but that requires a yearly commitment and their figure still excludes SST. We compare monthly-to-monthly by default because that is the like-for-like commitment level.
Is MyInvoisBridge a QNE replacement?
No. QNE covers general ledger, inventory, purchasing, bank reconciliation, financial reports and AI-assisted bookkeeping. MyInvoisBridge covers LHDN e-Invoicing. It is a replacement only if e-Invoicing was your entire reason for evaluating QNE.
Does MyInvoisBridge have AI features like Quinny?
No. There is no AI bookkeeping assistant, no document scanning credits and no AI categorisation in MyInvoisBridge. If AI-assisted bookkeeping is what you are shopping for, QNE is the product that does that and this comparison ends there.
Do I need to move my accounting into MyInvoisBridge?
No. Unlike adopting N3, there is nothing to migrate — no chart of accounts, no opening balances, no historical books. You keep your existing accounting workflow and use MyInvoisBridge only for the LHDN submission path.
Does MyInvoisBridge support LHDN sandbox testing?
Yes. You can submit to the LHDN pre-production sandbox on any plan, and onboarding walks you through it before you touch production.
Does MyInvoisBridge give my accountant a free seat like QNE Prime?
Not as a dedicated partner seat. Starter includes up to 2 users and you can use one for your accountant, but we do not run a certified-partner programme with a reserved extra login the way QNE does.
Do I need a credit card to try MyInvoisBridge?
No — the 14-day trial requires no credit card. QNE also publishes “No Credit Card needed” at sign-up, though they do not state a trial length on their pricing comparison page, so we will not quote one for them.
