Malaysian e-Invoice software, compared honestly

Eight products that can get your invoices accepted by LHDN. They are not eight versions of the same thing: some replace your accounting system, some sit beside it, and some are integration projects rather than subscriptions. There is no single winner here, and any page that tells you otherwise is selling something.

Every price below was read off the vendor’s own pricing page on the date shown, never from a review site. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we say so rather than estimating one.

Accounting suites with e-Invoicing

Products that also keep your books

These are full accounting systems with LHDN e-Invoice included. They cost more than a focused tool because they do considerably more — a general ledger, inventory, purchasing, bank reconciliation and financial statements. If you need those, one of these is very likely the right purchase and we are not.

Where we are not the answer

Three cases where you should buy something else

You want it free, or close to it. Bukku publishes a free tier that states it supports LHDN E-Invoice, and paid accounting from RM30/month — both below our RM49/month Starter, with unlimited users on every plan. Read the Bukku comparison — it does not end in our favour. JomeInvoice also undercuts us at RM30/month for the same 100 e-invoices, though that rate is billed yearly.

You need your books done too. We have no general ledger, no inventory, no bank reconciliation and no payroll, and none is planned. If you are going to buy accounting software this year anyway, buying it once with e-Invoice included beats paying us and buying it later as well — see AutoCount or SQL Account.

You have an ERP estate to integrate. If your invoices originate in SAP, Oracle or Dynamics and you need a vendor accountable for the connection, ClearTax and Advintek do that work. We publish a REST API and expect your developer to build against it.

Where MyInvoisBridge fits

One job, priced on the page

MyInvoisBridge is for businesses whose books already work — with an accountant, in Excel, or in a system they have run for years — and whose only gap is LHDN compliance. You keep your accounting exactly where it is and add create, validate, submit and track beside it, from RM49/month.

See full pricing and plan limits, the REST API documentation for the Pro-plan integration path, or start a 14-day trial with no credit card. Weighing an in-house build instead? See what integrating the LHDN API yourself involves. For the rules themselves, the LHDN MyInvois guide covers what is required of you.
